Turf Medic is an owner-operated artificial turf cleaning company serving the Greater Las Vegas Valley. The business was founded in 2026 by Beau, a Las Vegas resident, real estate investor, and the guy who started the company because his own backyard smelled bad and he could not find anyone to fix it.
Meet Beau
I grew up in Reno, Nevada. I moved to Las Vegas to be with my wife Stephanie, and I have loved it here since the day I moved. Vegas is home now. My son Ayden is 13, and he refers to himself as the co-founder of Turf Medic. I am proud of that. He wants to learn the trade and run the business with me, and that is the long plan. We are a family business in the real sense of the phrase. Stephanie, Ayden, and four dogs. The dogs are the reason this company exists.
My Co-Founder
My son Ayden is 13, and he is learning the business alongside me. He refers to himself as the co-founder of Turf Medic, and I am proud of that. He comes out on jobs, he asks the right questions, and he pays attention to the kind of details most adults miss. Watching him take this seriously is one of the best parts of building this company. Turf Medic is a long-horizon business for a reason. When Ayden is ready to run it, it will be here for him.
Why I Started Turf Medic
Four dogs in a Las Vegas backyard produces a problem. The heat bakes the urine into the infill, the smell builds up week over week, and by the middle of summer the yard you paid thousands of dollars to install is a yard you do not want to stand on. I hit that wall in my own backyard. I went looking for a company that could actually fix it. There were a few, but not many, and I realized how underserved Las Vegas was for real turf cleaning. Dog owners all over the valley were in the same situation I was. That is the gap Turf Medic was built to fill.
I built this company for the homeowner I was when I was looking for a service like this. Someone who wants an honest answer, a clear process, a yard that actually smells right when the work is done, and no upsell to something they do not need.
My Background
Before Turf Medic, I built and sold a Las Vegas pool cleaning company. I have run a real estate investing business for years and I manage a rental portfolio across the valley. I know what it looks like to run a service operation at scale, to manage a property over time, and to hire vendors from the customer side of the table. I know what a good vendor looks like, because I have paid plenty of them, and I know what a bad one looks like because I have replaced plenty of those too. That experience is the reason Turf Medic is built the way it is. Show up on time, do what you said you would do, leave the property better than you found it, and bill honestly.
How I Learned to Clean Turf Properly
Before launching Turf Medic, I went through extensive training with Renew Turf, a 5-star rated turf cleaning company in Phoenix, Arizona. Phoenix has been dealing with artificial turf longer than Las Vegas has, and the best operators in Phoenix have already solved problems we are just starting to see here. I learned their process top to bottom and I follow the exact same process on every Turf Medic job in Las Vegas. Same six-step treatment, same equipment philosophy, same chemistry choices. Proven in a hotter, older turf market and now running here in the valley.
The equipment and chemistry stack is not a secret. On every job we run:
- Professional hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) sanitization system, EPA-registered, family-safe and pet-safe
- Roll and Comb 602 QG-V25 walk-behind commercial groomer for deep infill extraction
- Stihl professional power broom for fiber restoration
- Commercial-grade pressure and blower equipment for rinse and finishing
No fragrance masking, no cover-up scent, no product we would not want in our own yard.
Why We Are Turf-Only
Turf Medic does one thing. We clean artificial turf. We do not install it, we do not landscape around it, we do not cross-sell other services. The reason is simple. A specialist gets better at one thing faster than a generalist gets better at ten. Customers do not have to sit through a pitch for a new irrigation system or a patio rebuild. They get a clean yard, an honest report, and a decision about whether they want us back on a schedule. That is the entire scope.
