These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the turfmediclv.com website and the artificial turf cleaning, sanitization, and maintenance services ("Services") provided by Turf Medic LLC. By using the Site or accepting our Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Turf Medic LLC provides Artificial Turf Cleaning, Pet Turf Deep Clean, Commercial Turf Cleaning, Turf Repair, Infill Replenishment, and Pool-Area Turf Cleaning for residential and light commercial properties in Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, and the surrounding valley.
2. Estimates and Quotes
All estimates are preliminary until confirmed after on-site inspection. A binding quote is issued after a technician inspects the turf in person. Once issued and accepted, the price does not change during the job unless you authorize additional work in writing. Estimates are valid for 30 days.
3. Scheduling and Service
Appointments are scheduled based on technician availability. We make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled window but are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other factors outside our control. You agree to provide safe access to the work area.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion unless other arrangements are agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Invoices not paid within 30 days may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by Nevada law.
5. Full Recovery Guarantee
Every treatment is backed by our Full Recovery Guarantee. If the smell is not eliminated after a pet odor removal treatment, we return and re-treat at no cost until it is. The guarantee applies to the specific treatment delivered and does not cover new contamination from ongoing pet use.
6. SMS and Electronic Communications
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive communications electronically (texts, calls, emails) about your service, appointment, quote, or invoice. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated, our Services and the Site are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by Nevada law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service that is the subject of the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Nevada law. Any legal action must be filed in the state or federal courts in Clark County, Nevada.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
