Turf Medic cleans artificial turf across every North Las Vegas neighborhood. Aliante, Eldorado, Park Highlands, the corridor leading into Skye Canyon, and everything in between. We are turf specialists, not a landscape crew that does turf as a sideline. The equipment, the chemistry, the process. All of it is built for synthetic grass in desert conditions.
Local Factors
Why North Las Vegas turf needs professional cleaning
North Las Vegas has grown faster than any other part of the valley over the last two decades. The housing stock increased roughly 67 percent between 2005 and 2024. Most of that growth is single-family homes with builder installed or first owner turf yards. Three things about this specific profile shape why professional cleaning matters.
First, the turf is newer, but the pet load is heavy. Aliante alone has over 20,000 residents in about 6,500 homes, and it is a heavily family- and dog oriented community. A younger turf install with two dogs and two kids fouls faster than a 15 year old install with no pets.
Second, North Las Vegas summer temperatures run a few degrees hotter than the western side of the valley on peak days. Surface temperatures on synthetic turf at 115-degree ambient air can exceed 130 degrees. That accelerates uric acid crystallization in the infill. And uric acid is what you smell on hot afternoons, not "pet odor" in the generic sense.
Third, dust from the north side construction corridors settles into turf year round. Active building in and around Apex, the Park Highlands expansion, and the Skye Canyon border keeps particulate in the air. It ends up in the infill.

What We See
Common turf issues in North Las Vegas homes
Pet urine build up in five to ten year old installations.
This is the call we get most often in North Las Vegas. Family buys the house, moves the dogs in, first summer is fine, second summer the smell shows up, third summer they are calling us. We extract the saturated infill, treat the backing, replace the infill layer, and the smell is gone. Not masked, gone.
Dog run concentration damage.
Many North Las Vegas homeowners use the turf as a dedicated dog run. Concentrated urine in a small area penetrates deeper into the backing than spread out yard use. We treat dog run corners specifically during the extraction step.
Construction dust compaction.
If you live within a mile of an active construction corridor, you are getting more airborne particulate on your turf than the average valley home. Compacted dust stiffens the fibers and makes the turf feel hard. A commercial groomer fixes it.
Kid play areas and matting in high traffic paths.
Homes with kids who actually use the turf develop traffic paths where fibers mat down. Fiber lifting with a commercial groomer and power broom restores the upright pile. No replacement needed.

Ownership
Meet the Owner
Turf Medic was founded in 2026 by Beau, a Las Vegas resident since 2018. Before founding Turf Medic, Beau built and sold a Las Vegas pool cleaning company and currently manages a residential real estate portfolio, meaning he understands service-business standards, HOA interactions, and what homeowners actually want out of a recurring outdoor service. The origin story is simple: Beau has dogs, his own yard smelled, nothing he tried worked, so he learned how to clean turf properly. Once neighbors started asking him to do their yards, Turf Medic was a business.
Every Turf Medic job runs on equipment built specifically for artificial turf, no improvised carpet cleaners, no homeowner-grade gear off a hardware-store shelf. The professional hydrogen peroxide cleaning system is EPA-registered, contains no chlorine, no ammonia, no harsh solvents, and decomposes into water and oxygen with nothing left on the turf when we leave. Beau was formally trained in Phoenix, Arizona by Renew Turf, one of the Southwest's established turf specialists.
