Local Factors
Why Paradise commercial turf needs professional cleaning
Paradise is an unincorporated Clark County township containing most of what out-of-towners call "Las Vegas." The Strip. McCarran Airport and the airport district. UNLV and Thomas and Mack. Three things about commercial turf here matter.
First, traffic volume. Hotel courtyard turf and commercial dog parks see 50 to 500 times the foot traffic of a residential yard. Daily or weekly organic buildup, pet waste accumulation, and compacted infill are not edge cases. They are the normal condition. Commercial schedules run weekly to monthly rather than annually.
Second, operating hours. Hotels, daycares, and office parks cannot have a loud service running during check-in, drop-off, or client-meeting hours. Most of our Paradise work happens in early-morning or overnight windows. We schedule around your operations, not the other way around.
Third, vendor protocol. Commercial properties have vendor-registration requirements that are different from residential service. We register with the property's vendor-management platform if required, follow whatever safety, uniform, and access protocols the property mandates, and treat the property's operating standards as our operating standards.

What We See
Common issues on Paradise commercial turf
Daily pet-waste load at dog parks and daycares.
Commercial pet facilities see 10 to 100 pets per day on the same turf. Urine saturation of infill is the norm. The maintenance schedule that works here is weekly sanitization plus quarterly deep extraction. Nothing less will keep the facility from becoming an odor problem.
Hospitality guest-standard expectations.
Hotel courtyard and pool-deck turf is a guest-facing surface. Discoloration, debris, or odor is unacceptable. Scheduled overnight cleaning before peak check-in times is the operating standard. We do that on hospitality accounts.
High foot traffic infill compaction.
Strip-adjacent properties with public turf walking surfaces compact infill in weeks rather than years. Monthly groom-and-infill-lift cycles keep the turf performing. Without them, the turf flattens and the drainage fails in the high-traffic paths.
Vendor-platform registration and onboarding.
Most Paradise properties route new vendors through a platform like RMIS, ComplyWorks, or Avetta. We are familiar with these platforms, complete whatever registration the property requires, and furnish the documentation package the platform asks for as part of the onboarding process.

How We Run Every Visit
Commercial jobs follow the same six-step core process, scaled for volume: site assessment, debris clear and pretreatment, deep infill extraction, professional hydrogen peroxide treatment, sanitization, and fiber grooming with final walkthrough. The differences for commercial work are scheduling (overnight or pre-opening windows), recurring service contracts (weekly, monthly, quarterly), multi-site pricing, and the vendor-protocol layer. For the full step-by-step breakdown, see our turf cleaning service page.
Ownership
Meet the Owner
Turf Medic was founded in 2026 by Beau, a Las Vegas resident since 2018. Before founding Turf Medic, Beau built and sold a Las Vegas pool cleaning company and currently manages a residential real estate portfolio, meaning he understands service-business standards, HOA interactions, and what homeowners actually want out of a recurring outdoor service. The origin story is simple: Beau has dogs, his own yard smelled, nothing he tried worked, so he learned how to clean turf properly. Once neighbors started asking him to do their yards, Turf Medic was a business.
Every Turf Medic job runs on equipment built specifically for artificial turf, no improvised carpet cleaners, no homeowner-grade gear off a hardware-store shelf. The professional hydrogen peroxide cleaning system is EPA-registered, contains no chlorine, no ammonia, no harsh solvents, and decomposes into water and oxygen with nothing left on the turf when we leave. Beau was formally trained in Phoenix, Arizona by Renew Turf, one of the Southwest's established turf specialists.
