Why Cadence turf needs professional cleaning
Cadence is the LandWell Company's master plan on the east side of Henderson. Ground broke in 2016, first home closings arrived in 2017, and build-out is still active. Central Park, the 100-acre feature park, anchors a community that skews heavily toward young families. Four things about Cadence turf matter.
First, the age window is the whole story. Artificial turf installed 2018 to 2022 is now four to eight years old, the stretch when infill buildup moves from nothing noticeable to starting to smell to actively bad. Most Cadence yards have never had a professional cleaning, so everything the turf has collected since installation is still in the infill. Catching it in this window is far easier than correcting it at year ten.
Second, the yards are small and the turf works hard. Cadence lots are compact, and most backyards were finished with synthetic grass covering nearly the entire usable space. Every paw and play session lands on the same few hundred square feet, so a small artificial grass yard with two dogs fouls faster than a large yard with the same two dogs. The load per square foot is several times higher.
Third, pet density. Cadence is designed for families and it delivers. Young families, multiple dogs, kids on the yard daily. The turf handles the use, but the infill collects pet residue from year three on, and by year five to six you can smell it on warm afternoons.
Fourth, construction and wind. Cadence is still building out, and its position on the east side of Henderson leaves it exposed to wind off open desert. Dust from active construction phases settles into infill faster than in mature master plans. For homes near active build sites, twice a year cleaning is the right schedule until surrounding streets finish out.

Once neighbors started asking him to do their yards, Turf Medic was a business.
Beau was formally trained in Phoenix, Arizona by Renew Turf, one of the Southwest's established turf specialists, and our team follows that training on every job. We use professional equipment and a four-step cleaning process, and we explain our recommendations during your free on-site assessment.
