Turf Medic is an artificial turf cleaning specialist serving Cadence and the surrounding LandWell master plan. We deep clean and maintain the newer installations that define this Henderson submarket, with specific experience in the 4-to-8-year turf window where professional cleaning delivers the most measurable change.
Local Factors
Why Cadence turf needs professional cleaning
Cadence is the LandWell Company's master plan on the east side of Henderson. Ground broke in 2016, first home closings in 2017, with active build-out continuing. Central Park, a 100-acre feature park, anchors the community. Three things about Cadence turf matter.
First, the age window is the point of attack. Turf installed 2018 to 2022 is now 3 to 7 years old. That window (year 3 through year 8) is when infill buildup transitions from "nothing noticeable" to "starting to smell" to "actively bad." Professional cleaning during this window is much more effective than waiting until year 10 when the issues are harder to correct.
Second, family density. Cadence is designed for families and it delivers on that. Young families, multiple dogs, kids on the yard daily. The turf was chosen because it handles the use. It does handle the use. But infill starts collecting pet residue and organic material by year 3, and by year 5 to 6 you can smell it on warm afternoons.
Third, central location to construction corridors. Cadence is still actively building out. Dust from construction phases within and adjacent to the community settles into infill at a higher rate than mature master plans. Twice-a-year cleaning is the right cadence for homes near active build sites.

What We See
Common turf issues in Cadence homes
Year-4-to-6 pet odor.
The number-one Cadence call. Families who bought new in 2018 through 2022 are now hitting the window where the turf starts smelling in summer. The uric acid crystals are in the infill. A single deep-clean visit with professional hydrogen peroxide and extended dwell time resolves it.
Construction-dust infill compaction.
Homes near active build phases collect more mineral dust than mature neighborhoods. Post-build cleaning is the single most effective thing for new construction turf.
High-use family-zone matting.
Kids plus dogs plus intensive daily use compresses infill in the high-traffic zones. We address those zones specifically during the groom step.
Builder-turf underperformance.
Some Cadence installations use builder-grade turf rather than the higher grade systems common in older luxury Henderson neighborhoods. Builder-grade turf reaches the matting stage faster. Professional cleaning extends the useful life materially.

Ownership
Meet the Owner
Turf Medic was founded in 2026 by Beau, a Las Vegas resident since 2018. Before founding Turf Medic, Beau built and sold a Las Vegas pool cleaning company and currently manages a residential real estate portfolio, meaning he understands service-business standards, HOA interactions, and what homeowners actually want out of a recurring outdoor service. The origin story is simple: Beau has dogs, his own yard smelled, nothing he tried worked, so he learned how to clean turf properly. Once neighbors started asking him to do their yards, Turf Medic was a business.
Every Turf Medic job runs on equipment built specifically for artificial turf, no improvised carpet cleaners, no homeowner-grade gear off a hardware-store shelf. The professional hydrogen peroxide cleaning system is EPA-registered, contains no chlorine, no ammonia, no harsh solvents, and decomposes into water and oxygen with nothing left on the turf when we leave. Beau was formally trained in Phoenix, Arizona by Renew Turf, one of the Southwest's established turf specialists.
