Turf Medic is a Las Vegas based artificial turf cleaning specialist. We deep clean, sanitize, and treat turf across the entire city. We serve single-family homes, duplexes, townhomes with private patios, rental properties, and commercial frontages. Desert heat and older infill systems are exactly the combination our process is built for.
Local Factors
Why Las Vegas turf needs professional cleaning
The city of Las Vegas covers a lot of ground and a lot of different turf scenarios. A 1950s ranch in Huntridge with a recent turf install is a different problem than a 2004 townhome in the southwest with original builder grade turf. Three things are true across all of them.
First, Las Vegas surface temperatures on synthetic turf routinely exceed 120 degrees from June through September. That heat bakes organic material into the infill. Pet urine, pollen, dust, organic debris. And once it is in there, a garden hose cannot get it out.
Second, the city has some of the oldest artificial turf installations in the valley. Homes in central Las Vegas that switched from Bermuda to synthetic a decade or more ago are running on infill and thatch systems that predate the current coated-sand specs. The older the turf, the deeper the buildup, and the more it needs a full system extraction rather than a surface rinse.
Third, Las Vegas is dusty in a different way than the edges of the valley. You do not get the clean Red Rock Canyon dust storms Summerlin deals with. You get a mix of construction dust, road grit, and urban particulate that settles into fibers and compacts the infill. It takes a commercial grade power broom and infill flush to pull it out.
Coverage
Neighborhoods we serve across Las Vegas
If you are not sure whether your address is inside Las Vegas city limits or an unincorporated town like Spring Valley or Enterprise, it does not matter to us. We serve the whole valley. The ZIP on your mail does not change the service.
What We See
Common turf issues in Las Vegas homes
Older infill systems.
Many central Las Vegas installations use uncoated silica sand as the infill, which holds pet urine residue far worse than the coated-sand and acrylic coated systems used in newer turf. If your turf is seven plus years old and starting to smell, we usually need to extract the old infill and replace it with a current spec. And the smell goes away.
Mid century small lots.
Homes in Huntridge, John S. Park, Scotch 80s, and the Arts District tend to have smaller lots with denser pet use per square foot. A 400 square foot turf yard with two dogs fouls faster than a 2,000 square foot suburban yard with the same two dogs. Our assessment accounts for pet load per square foot, not just total area.
Rental and investment properties.
The city has a large rental home base. Absentee owners and property managers often do not know what the turf looks like until a tenant complains or a new tenant refuses to move in. We work directly with owners and managers, provide before and after photos for every job, and can set up recurring maintenance at the property level.
Townhome and duplex patios.
Attached home turf yards get less airflow and more concentrated moisture. Drainage below the backing matters more, and matted fiber shows up sooner than on open single-family lots.

How We Run Every Visit
Every job follows the same six steps we use valley wide: Turf Medic assessment, debris clear and pretreatment, deep infill extraction, professional hydrogen peroxide treatment, sanitization, and fiber grooming with final walkthrough. Most Las Vegas residential jobs run one to three hours. For the full step-by-step breakdown, see our turf cleaning service page.
Ownership
Meet the Owner
Turf Medic was founded in 2026 by Beau, a Las Vegas resident since 2018. Before founding Turf Medic, Beau built and sold a Las Vegas pool cleaning company and currently manages a residential real estate portfolio, meaning he understands service-business standards, HOA interactions, and what homeowners actually want out of a recurring outdoor service. The origin story is simple: Beau has dogs, his own yard smelled, nothing he tried worked, so he learned how to clean turf properly. Once neighbors started asking him to do their yards, Turf Medic was a business.
Every Turf Medic job runs on equipment built specifically for artificial turf, no improvised carpet cleaners, no homeowner-grade gear off a hardware-store shelf. The professional hydrogen peroxide cleaning system is EPA-registered, contains no chlorine, no ammonia, no harsh solvents, and decomposes into water and oxygen with nothing left on the turf when we leave. Beau was formally trained in Phoenix, Arizona by Renew Turf, one of the Southwest's established turf specialists.
