Turf Medic cleans artificial turf across all of Sunrise Manor. From the Nellis corridor in the north, to the older central blocks off Lake Mead and Charleston, to the newer subdivisions climbing the Sunrise Mountain foothills, down to the Boulder Highway edge where Sunrise meets Whitney. We are turf specialists. Established neighborhoods, heavy pet load, and a wide mix of turf ages are exactly what our process is built for.
Local Factors
Why Sunrise Manor turf needs professional cleaning
Sunrise Manor runs along the east side of the valley from Nellis Air Force Base down toward Boulder Highway, with Frenchman Mountain and Sunrise Mountain as its eastern wall. It is one of the oldest continuously developed parts of the valley, and that history creates three turf care patterns you will not find in the newer master plan communities.
First, Sunrise Manor has one of the widest turf age ranges in the valley. Core blocks built in the 1960s through 1980s carry first generation turf retrofits with aging infill and backing, while the foothill subdivisions east of Hollywood Boulevard have current spec installs. Professional cleaning here starts with diagnosing the install before choosing the process. A 20 year old retrofit cannot be treated the same way as a 2022 build.
Second, the Nellis corridor means military families, rentals, and turnover. PCS season moves are constant, and turf condition matters at every move out inspection. We work with tenants, landlords, and property managers on move out cleanings, deposit protection, and recurring maintenance between tenants.
Third, the east side gets a dust load all its own. Wind coming off Frenchman Mountain, open desert parcels and unpaved lots scattered through the town, and traffic dust from Nellis Boulevard, Lake Mead, and Charleston all settle into turf infill over months. Add full afternoon sun exposure and pet activity, and the infill layer becomes a reservoir for both dust and odor.

What We See
Common turf issues in Sunrise Manor homes
Aging retrofit turf.
A large share of Sunrise Manor turf went in 15 to 25 years ago. Compacted infill, thinning fiber, and backing that needs a gentler extraction setting. We assess install age first and calibrate the process to restore without damaging older material.
Military and rental turnover.
Nellis families move on a schedule, and landlords need yards turned fast between tenants. We run move out cleanings, pre listing refreshes, and recurring maintenance contracts with property managers across the corridor.
Mountain and desert lot dust.
Wind off Frenchman Mountain and dust from open parcels settle deep into infill and gray out the fibers. Surface rinsing moves it around. Our extraction and grooming process pulls it out of the infill layer where it actually lives.
Multi dog households on big lots.
Sunrise Manor lots run larger than the valley average and many carry two or three dogs. Heavier pet load means deeper uric acid saturation. Our hydrogen peroxide treatment neutralizes it at the source, and our maintenance plans keep it from rebuilding.

Ownership
Meet the Owner
Turf Medic was founded in 2026 by Beau, a Las Vegas resident since 2018. Before founding Turf Medic, Beau built and sold a Las Vegas pool cleaning company and currently manages a residential real estate portfolio, meaning he understands service-business standards, HOA interactions, and what homeowners actually want out of a recurring outdoor service. The origin story is simple: Beau has dogs, his own yard smelled, nothing he tried worked, so he learned how to clean turf properly. Once neighbors started asking him to do their yards, Turf Medic was a business.
Every Turf Medic job runs on equipment built specifically for artificial turf, no improvised carpet cleaners, no homeowner-grade gear off a hardware-store shelf. The professional hydrogen peroxide cleaning system is EPA-registered, contains no chlorine, no ammonia, no harsh solvents, and decomposes into water and oxygen with nothing left on the turf when we leave. Beau was formally trained in Phoenix, Arizona by Renew Turf, one of the Southwest's established turf specialists.
